ECHO WANTS HER VOICE BACK is a Cypriot-born, London based singer-songwriter, and actress, often described as folk noir with blues rock influences who often weaves Greek myth storytelling in her songs. Echo’s distinctive voice, notable stage presence and compelling lyrics have been praised by music publications such as Songwriting Magazine, drawing comparisons to Kate Bush, PJ Harvey, Bjork and Lorde.
Echo Wants Her Voice Back is currently collaborating on an album with singer/songwriter Edmund Jeffery, and will be performing alongside Edmund, and Maddy Hamilton on cello, Adam Green on guitar on Sunday, the 9th of October, at Pizza Express Live in Holborn, hosted by Success Express Music.
Harmony led, folk/pop, singer-songwriter collective Winter Springs are made up of Edmund Jeffery, Natalie Holmes, Oliver Day, Johnny Barr, Charlotte Jones & Ollie Grant. The 6 solo musicians and songwriters work seamlessly as a whole, their material taking the listener on a journey from dark, complex emotion to foot tapping anthems that exude the close and comfortable connection they share. 5 part harmonies soar over dances between mandolin, piano and guitars as the band share stories that hit home whilst filling the air with ear-worms.
Gatekeepers have been compelling audiences with their unique brand of progressive acoustic music since 2016 when they met at the Dublin Castle for a jam night.Soaring melodies , intricate guitar and deep bass grooves define their sound with a propensity for introspection in their cryptic lyrical style. Influences from Stevie Wonder and Jackson Browne to Shostakovich and Tommy Emmanuel, this duo is sure to keep you on your toes and the edge of your seat.
